I’m so excited for today’s blog post! I have been really trying to up my fashion and style game lately and over the past few weeks I’ve taken lots of outfit photos. After lots of pictures and throwing clothes everywhere whilst getting ready, I finally have a full lookbook for you! These are all outfits to inspire you for transitional weather which I usually call that awkward period where it’s both too hot and too cold at the same time. All of these can be adjusted for your own climate. For example, with a dress I would add tights and a jacket for colder days or go without for warmer days. I really hope you enjoy, so let’s go ahead and get into it.
This first look is a little more dressy and great for a colder night out or evening date! I’m wearing a simple black ribbed bodycon dress which keeps you cosy but it’s sleeveless so perfect if it warms up. I’ve paired it with an oversized check blazer and some simple black and gold accessories. This look is inspired by street style trends and I love the oversized blazer looks.
Dress: Forever 21, Blazer: Zara, Bag: Coach, Tights: Calvin Klein.
This next look is a classic, easy autumnal look. This is totally inspired by blogger Alex Centomo who you should definitely follow for some great outfit inspo! This look features a boho but slightly grunge style and I’m wearing some of my favourite items. This is a super easy look to recreate!
Top: River Island, Flannel Shirt: Urban Outfitters, Jeans: Hollister, Boots: Kurt Geiger.
This is another slightly more dressy look and is perfect for a date night! I love this dress and the boots combined and I think this would be great even on chiller nights because of the cosy elements. I actually got this dress on Depop which just proves you can find great items second hand.
Dress: Tularosa, Leather Jacket: Urban Outfitters, Boots: Amichi at TkMaxx Bag: Coach
I really hope that you enjoyed these looks and I’d love to hear about your favourite fall trends in the comments below! I’m so pleased with this lookbook and I hope to do some more in the future. Please let me know what you would like to see!
